We’re looking for a Lead Designer to join New Arc and help build the strongest design team in Nordic tech.
This is a senior role. You’ll lead design across multiple clients and products, guide our design team, and be directly responsible for design quality, client relationships, and execution.

Responsibilities
Leading product design across multiple SaaS and tech products.
Designing across product, web, and brand.
Leading and developing a small team of designers.
Reviewing work, setting direction, and maintaining a high design bar.
Driving client communication and managing expectations.
Working directly with developers, PMs, founders, and other stakeholders.
Turning unclear problems into concrete, shippable solutions.
We're looking for
A strong product designer with sharp UI instincts.
Thinks strategically. Not just in screens, but in systems and outcomes.
Able to move between strategy and hands-on execution.
Is confident working directly with clients and stakeholders.
Enjoys responsibility and autonomy in a small, high-trust team.
High standards, clear opinions, and the ability to execute.
Experience designing complex tech or SaaS products
Confident in both Danish and English.
