How are you different from a design agency?
We are not an agency. Agencies sell you projects and deliverables. We embed into your team and stay. We work in your Slack, in your Figma, in your weekly rhythm, with full context on your product and your roadmap. The result is design that moves the product forward continuously, not a handoff you have to figure out how to use.
How does the engagement work?
You get senior designers operating as part of your team. We join your Slack and your Figma, sync weekly or bi-weekly, prioritize alongside you, and iterate continuously. There are no rigid scopes or fixed deliverable lists. We work the way your team works, and we focus on momentum.
What does it cost?
A design partnership is 50,000 DKK/month (excl. VAT). On a six-month commitment it is 40,000 DKK/month (excl. VAT). One flat monthly fee. No per-deliverable pricing, no surprise invoices.
Is there a long contract?
No long lock-in. The standard partnership runs month to month. If you commit to six months, the rate drops. Most of our partnerships run for years because the work compounds, not because a contract forces it.
What kind of companies do you work with?
SaaS companies and tech platforms somewhere between early traction and Series B. Founders and product-led teams who care about design, move fast, and want a real partner rather than a vendor. We have worked across restaurant tech, proptech, fintech, compliance, AI agents, fitness, insurance, and more.
Do you only do product design, or brand and websites too?
All of it. We have designed full brand identities, marketing sites, and 0 to 1 products end to end. For some clients we run the entire surface: brand, product, and website. For others we focus purely on the product. We scale to what you need.
We already have an internal team. Can you still help?
Yes. Most of our clients have their own teams. We augment them, we do not replace them. We bring senior design capacity, system thinking, and product clarity that lifts the whole team.
We are very early stage. Is it too early?
No. Some of our strongest work started from nothing. We have designed entire companies from a blank page, including the brand, the product, the app, and the website. If you have a clear direction and momentum, the stage does not matter.
Who actually works on my product?
A senior designer leads your partnership with the full team behind them. New Arc is Lucas Holm (founder), Bertil (lead designer), and Kasper (senior designer). You get senior judgment on every decision, not work handed down to juniors.
How fast can you start?
Quickly. Onboarding is light because the model is simple. We get access to your Slack and Figma, align on priorities, and start designing in the first week. There is no lengthy discovery phase before anything useful happens.
What tools do you use?
We are AI-led, and it changes how fast and how far we can work. We use Claude throughout the process, not to generate designs, but to ideate quickly, pressure-test directions, and extend what a small senior team can do. It lets us build advanced interactive prototypes and push real, working code, so you see functioning product far earlier than the usual static mockup stage. The final design is still done in Figma, where we work in your design system or build one if you do not have it yet. We build websites in custom code, Framer, or Webflow, and we use Jitter for animation. Everything ships dev-ready, with clear component rules and proper handoff so your engineers are never guessing.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
We have offices in Aarhus and Odense, Denmark. We work embedded and remote-first, so location is not a constraint. We partner with companies across the Nordics and beyond.
Do you take one-off projects?
Our model is the ongoing partnership, because that is where design creates the most value. If you have a defined one-off need, reach out and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Have results to point to?
We designed the product that helped Formalize raise over €15M and scale from 10 to 150+ people. Our 16 months of work on Newsec Maps led to the platform being acquired by Placepoint. We built Nimbus's full brand, product, and website in three months. When teams work with us once, they tend to come back for their next company.
